    Senior outside hitter Meg Guignon (St. Louis, Mo./Visitation Academy) registered her 1,000th career kill, and the Washington and Lee volleyball team defeated DeSales, 3-1, on Friday on the first day of the W&L Invitational at the Duchossois Tennis Center.
  • Volleyball & Basketball Home Contests to be Played in Duchossois Tennis Center

    The Washington and Lee volleyball team plays its first home matches of the 2018 season this Friday and Saturday. Due to the restoration of Doremus Gymnasium and the reconstruction of the former Warner Center into the Richard L. Duchossois Athletic and Recreation Center, the volleyball team, as well as the men’s and women’s basketball teams, will host all of their home contests for two seasons at the Duchossois Tennis Center.

    Washington and Lee Director of Athletics Jan Hathorn has announced the hiring of Hayli Yetter as director of the fitness center and head coach of strength and conditioning. She will also serve as assistant professor of physical education. Yetter began her new appointment on September 4.
