No. 12 W&L Women's Tennis Cruises to a 9-0 Victory Over Virginia Wesleyan

LEXINGTON, Va. – The 12th-ranked Washington and Lee women's tennis team posted a 9-0 triumph over Virginia Wesleyan in ODAC action on Saturday afternoon at the Duchossois Tennis Center.

The Generals claimed all six singles matches and won all three doubles matches to post the 9-0 triumph over the Marlins. With the win, W&L improved to 2-0 overall and 2-0 in the ODAC. VWU is now 0-1 overall and 0-1 in the conference. 

W&L returns to the court on Sunday when it hosts 26th-ranked Christopher Newport for a 10:00 am match.
